Melt Deck Replacement​

As with many industrial environments, safety of your team and customers is critical. In this case, our client, a modern cast iron foundry, came to us with an immediate need to replace the old and unsafe deck. The environment needed for cast iron production is very harsh and as you can imagine, requires a foundation with considerable strength.  

Starweld got to work immediately by simultaneously demoing the current deck while producing a design for the replacement structure. This, in addition to the construction and installation of the new deck was completed in just 1 week’s time!
