Cantilevered Walkway

A local retailer reached out to us to help the achieve a concept that would maximize the floor space in their new building by allowing access to the upper floor through a cantilevered walkway. They came to us with the concept and drawing, but our team completed the detailed, final design – which included 2 sets of switchback stairs, an L shaped walkway, and approximately 125 feet of handrail.

Once our client and county/city approved the final design, we constructed elements inhouse and  finalized the assembly onsite. This was a fun project since it was a local retailer that we are frequent customers.
